Before we start managing a property, we put every operational decision in writing. Maintenance spend limits, how often you want updates, vendor preferences, how late payments are handled. When something comes up, we already know what you want.
Owners shouldn't have to chase down their property manager. We give status calls during vacancies, return maintenance requests the day they're submitted, and call you before anything decision-worthy reaches your inbox.
Our sister company, Bay Vista Construction, is a California-licensed general contractor. Maintenance and repairs are handled in-house by people we know. It's optional for every owner, and the work is under warranty.
