Our sister company, Bay Vista Construction, is a California-licensed general contractor. Maintenance and repairs are handled in-house by people we know. No outside bids. No vendor-coordination delays.
Vacant properties get marketed across Zillow and the major Bay Area rental platforms. Applicants go through credit, employment, and background screening. We handle the lease and move-in walkthrough.
Bay Vista Construction is our sister company and a California-licensed general contractor. Maintenance dispatch goes directly to our crew rather than a third-party vendor, which keeps response times short and quality consistent.
Rent collection, tenant communications, periodic inspections, and lease enforcement are managed by our team. Anything that comes up between visits is logged in your owner portal so you can see the full history at any time.
Owners receive monthly statements and year-end 1099 preparation. Funds deposit by ACH each month. Statements, ledgers, and tax documents live in your owner portal.
